The information you submit is used strictly for the following purposes:

• To process and respond to your service booking or repair enquiry.
• To schedule a technician visit at your requested South Delhi location.
• To contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm the appointment time and follow up after the service.
• To maintain an internal record of service bookings for operational purposes.

We do not use your information for any marketing, advertising, or profiling purposes. We do not send promotional messages or newsletters.

3. How We Share Your Information

Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. We may share your details only in the following limited circumstances:

• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — if WhatsApp Cloud API is configured, your booking details may be sent to our internal WhatsApp business number as a service notification. No data is stored by Meta beyond normal message delivery.
• Telegram — if Telegram notifications are configured, a summary of your booking is sent to our internal service team channel. Telegram processes messages per its own privacy policy.
• Service technicians — your name, phone number, area, and appliance issue are shared with our technician to complete the repair visit.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Enquiry data submitted through our form is stored on our secure server in a local log file. This data is retained for up to 12 months for service record purposes, after which it is deleted.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect stored data from unauthorized access. Our server is hosted on a cloud platform with industry-standard security controls.

5. Cookies and Tracking

Our website does not currently use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics. If you write a review through our website, it is stored locally in your browser's localStorage and is not transmitted to our server.

Third-party resources loaded on our website (Google Fonts, Tailwind CSS CDN, Lucide icons, and Unsplash/Pexels images) may make requests to their respective servers, subject to their own privacy policies. We do not control or have access to any data those services may collect.
